FREE DELIVERY
We offer free delivery on all orders above ₹599.
Orders below ₹599 will have a flat shipping 
charge of ₹99.

DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery: 5–7 business days
Express delivery: 2–3 business days 
(available in select cities)

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days 
after payment confirmation.

CASH ON DELIVERY (COD)
We offer Cash on Delivery across India.
COD orders may take an additional 1–2 days 
for processing.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER
Once your order is shipped you will receive 
a tracking link via email and SMS.
You can use this link to track your order 
in real time.

SHIPPING LOCATIONS
We currently ship across India only.
We do not ship internationally at this time.

DELAYED ORDERS
Occasionally delivery may be delayed due to:
- Public holidays
- Natural disasters
- High demand seasons

DAMAGED OR LOST ORDERS
If you receive a damaged product please 
contact us within 24 hours of delivery 
with photos of the damage.
We will resolve it immediately.
